Please email our Office Administrator or call 901-526-8631 to confirm availability and pricing, then complete the fields below to submit a wedding reservation request. The Office Administrator will confirm your reservation via email following submission of form and payment of deposit.
Please note: Church of the River uses Breeze Church Management Software for collection of form data. Breeze uses an HTTPS SSL encrypted connection in a PCI compliant datacenter for data sent back and forth. An encrypted connection means that only the correct recipient is able to read the data.
Information on forms will be directed to our Office Administrator. If you would like an emailed copy of your completed form, please email info@churchoftheriver.org.

If you do not yet know your exact times, please estimate and note at bottom of form that these are approximate times. As long as there are no conflicts with other church events, your times may be changed up to 30 days before your scheduled rental.
Note: A staff member or church representative will be scheduled to arrive at church to open the building at the times indicated below. We cannot open the building before these designated times.

In order to secure your requested date, please also complete, initial, date and sign the Wedding Rates and Policies Agreement - link below Completed and signed agreement can be scanned and emailed to the church (info@churchoftheriver.org); mailed to PO Box 683, Memphis TN 38101; or delivered in person to the church (email address above to schedule an appointment).
$1000 total payment is required to reserve The Church of the River for a wedding. A $1000 deposit (required to reserve date and applied toward total rental fee, non-refundable.
Security deposit will be refunded within 30 days after wedding if all policies are followed, no damage is caused to building or grounds, and building is left in acceptable condition.
50% of balance required 90 days before wedding. Non-refundable
Final balance is due 60 days before wedding. Non-refundable
