Please make your 2023 Annual Canvass Pledge. We have provided three easy choices for you to make:
A) Increase pledge by 15%
B) Maintain the same pledge as last year
C) Update your pledge with new amount
If you are a new pledger or if you did not pledge last year then enter the pledge in the box at the bottom of the form.

Directions to set up recurring donations!
NOTE: If you've already created a recurring donation and would like to keep the same pledge/recurring donation for 2023, you don't need to do anything!
If you would like to set up recurring pledge payments via Breeze, please visit our
Online Giving Page and do the following:
Enter the amount you want to give each time you give.
Below the amount, click next to "Give to Plate Collections" and change the fund to either 2023 Pledge or 2022 Pledge, depending on which year's pledge you're fulfilling.
"Give this One Time" - click the arrow next to this field to select the frequency or your donation. Options are weekly, every two weeks, monthly or yearly. You will then be able to select the start date for this recurring donation.
"Give by Credit/Debit" - leave as is for payments by credit or debit card, OR click the arrow to select "By ACH bank transfer" if you'd like your donation to be deducted directly from your checking or savings account.
Click "Continue."
On the next page, enter your contact and payment information, then click the blue "Give" button at bottom of the page.
